SoonerVision on ESPN+ Now Available

NORMAL – The University of Oklahoma’s new SoonerVision on ESPN+ landing page launched on Monday, providing fans of OU Athletics one-stop-shop access to more than 100 annual live events, including men’s and women’s basketball and varsity Olympic sport competitions, as well as studio programming and archival content.

As part of a multi-year agreement, ESPN+ will also stream one regular season football game per year (Sept. 10 vs. Kent State in 2022) and the annual spring football game. In addition to live game programming, SoonerVision on ESPN+ will also offer historic content (several options are already available, including top games in OU history along with shows featuring Bud Wilkinson, Barry Switzer and Bob Stoops), current coaches shows, pro days, pregame shows and more.

Content is available via a SoonerVision landing page on ESPN+, with live soccer and volleyball events starting at the onset of the fall athletics season. By subscribing to ESPN+, fans also have access to Big 12 Now on ESPN+, which includes hundreds of live events each year.

Does this mean all OU games will be on ESPN+?

No. Athletics events that have traditionally appeared on ESPN’s linear channels (ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNEWS) OR FOX’s linear channels (FOX, FS1) will continue to be, as the TV network selections for first- and second-tier rights remain the same as they have in recent years. ESPN and FOX Sports will make their selections of football, basketball and Olympic-sport programming to be shown on their linear channels, and OU events that are not chosen in the first- or second-tier selection process will then be made available to appear on ESPN+.

Will I be able to watch Oklahoma programming on Bally Sports?

No. University of Oklahoma programming on Bally Sports ended June 30, 2022.
